The Production Process of Shanghai ToFortune Molded Pulp Products Factory.
Materials
The material can be changed depending on different requirements of the product. In consideration of sanitation, we use “sanitary standard” raw pulp to make food-grade paper ware. Other products are made from 100% recycled waste paper so as to achieve the goal of 100% environmental protection purpose.
1st Stage: Preparation
Deliver the recycled waste paper into the factory. Use a proper ratio of waste paper as material depending on different requirements of the product. The powerful pulp scatter system will scatter the wasted paper into pulp, and mix it well.
2nd Stage–Molding and Baking
The well-mixed pulp, through pulp scoop-up system, is vacuum molded in the mold. Then, it is baked through drying system. The water content of the preliminary molded paper product will be drained out. The production process has been kept absolutely in zero-pollution condition.
3rd:Shaping Work
The baked semi-finished products at the 2nd stage will be thermo-pressed and shaped depending on the requirements so as to reinforce the shape and the structure of the paper product.
4th:Inspection and Disinfection on Finished Product
After the paper product has been shaped, it is treated with UV-ray disinfection. The product must be strictly inspected during the whole production process before it is being shipped.
Last Stage:Finished
The finished paper molded products with proper packing will be kept in warehouse.
